"Poor atention. Misleading information."

The elevators are really really slow. Only two of them will take long time to open the doors. They advertise the shuttle from the airport, but it takes from 40 an hour after you call when you arrive. It’s better to take an Uber or Lyft, 7 minutesThey also advertise shuttle to the Cruise port for $10 what it actually end being $15 per person. Again better to take an Uber or Lyft. Also I am a gold bonvoy member and I was denied of the welcome points. It is conveniently located close to several restaurants and a CVS around the corner

Buffet breakfast was good but pricey. Location to airport and port is good.

Bed in room too soft. Couch too hard. Shuttle to port too expensive. Pool not heated, kids could not swim.

"On a loud, busy street and a terrible elevator!"

The room was fine, not very big and quite dated, but it worked for the three nights I was there. They had a decent light breakfast in the morning and a nice business center. The elevator was very disappointing, very slow and you wait several minutes for it whenever you need it. The management isn’t that good, they ignore messages through the Marriott app and this is usually a very handy tool to have.
