"Horrific Noise Level"

Stayed one night for convenience of proximity to airport (six minute drive). Surprised by $400+ price, but whole area seemed overpriced. Initially appeared to be a typical Marriott hotel chain, clean, pleasant, cookie cutter room, decent hotel bar with good light dinner. The big disappointment came when we tried to go to sleep. Rooms facing the main road are unbelievably noisy. Even on the sixth floor, the revving traffic sounded like it was running through our room. When I couldn't sleep I started reading about hotel sound control and acceptable decibel levels for sleep, then downloaded a decibel app. Good sleeping environment should be about 30 decibels, our Sheraton room was 45-67. Really unacceptable, would have gotten as good a sleep in my car.

"Great Front Desk Experience With Alex"

We got to the 4 Points at 10am after disembarking from our cruise. There was 6 of us in two different rooms. At that time no rooms ready for check in but Alex was able to get us in our rooms by 11am. It was greatly appreciated since my daughter was feeling under the weather. We are grateful for everything Alex did to accommodate us. She went above what was expected.

"Would not go back."

Breakfast was horrible, cold scrambled eggs, hard bacon. That used to be free now it’s $17.99 each. Not worth it. The shuttle to the cruise port was $15 each that used to be free. The room price was $440 USD per night the heater in one room did not work at all only in the bedroom. They are nickel and dimming us now. The restaurant is just a small little place but 4 burgers with fries came to $135.

The restaurant was good

Area very sketchy, wouldn’t walk it at night. Staff was rude. Hotel is old, but maintained. It has no pool. They do not offer free breakfast. I expected a lot more for $270 per night

"Overnight stay only"

This is a no frills hotel. Check-in easy with nice staff. The food was decent as I only had a cheeseburger for dinner. Room could use a facelift in the near future, but I was only here overnight for business meeting not far away. The stay is fine if you're in transit.
