Great location, comfy bed, very kind and helpful staff, good breakfast

There's no heat (though I think this is fairly standard in Cusco). They do provide extra blankets, but I was still pretty cold at night. Wear lots of layers! The water wasn't always warm/hot, it was hit or miss.

Be warned, it is at the top of some steps and at the time of staying, not accessible by car due to a road closure.

The room we actually booked wasn’t yet ready when we arrived super early after a night bus from Puno. But they showed us 2 other rooms that were available to check in right away, that was really nice of them. We had a heater in the room, it was amazing! Our first warm room in South America (in high altitude). Great location(we loved San Blas neighbourhood), hot shower, room and breakfast was fine.

Noisy due to thin walls and loud front door bell (plus, you have to ring every time you want to come in).

The staff was super helpful once I arrived and helped arrange tours for me. The wifi was good. They did arrange airport transportation for me, but they were not there when I arrived. I had to call the hotel and they sent someone immediately, but I still had to wait for 20 minutes. I had a room in the back half of the hotel so it was overall pretty quiet

It is quaint and near many local attractions. The staff is very helpful. The place is small and cozy and the upper rooms are more like a cabin or treehouse.

Breakfast was good. Hotel personal was friendly. Location was good. WIFI was OK. First day we had no hot water, second day no heater and the room was too cold because winter time. The light outside of the room was almost the whole night on and the curtains were too thin to cover the light.

Room and beds were nice. Warm water was very low warm, not easy for shower and shaving. No towel for bath room floor. Our room was on 4th floor with no elevator. Breakfast was good. Personal friendly.
