"Will be back"

EV erything was great except the ROOM cleaning didn't happen until I requested it i was there 5 nights- I've stayed in a lot of places & I've never had to ask so this is different but it won't stop me from coming back - all the employees were A plus for skills In customer service & everything worked perfectly! Very happy customer!

"Water on elevator floor"

One evening I stepped onto the elevator & noticed about a 12" circle puddle of water right at the entrance. There were 2 housekeepers on level 2 where I got out. I told them & would've thought they would mop or wipe it up. They said they would notify maintenance. I'm not sure of your policy about water on the elevator but I wouldn't think it should be "someone else's job."

"It satisfied our needs for the night."

It was clean and ready when we arrived. The desk staff was friendly and helpful.

The location was not in an area we felt comfortable in. Not being familiar with the area we were unaware of the homeless situation.

"Staff did amazing!!!"

The room was good, breakfast was good, beds were good, staff was awesome... Only downfall was the people wondering about asking about narcotics available, but the staff was on it in no time and had authorities there quick... As for safety I felt very safe... I know every place has their issues... Overall, very enjoyable stay... 🥰
