"The staff were nice but the facility itself needs renovating and a good deep clean."

Facility was very dated, pictures were not accurate to current state of the property. The room itself was not very clean.

Room assigned was not the room I booked. Toilet was dirty and got clogged after one use, floors were dirty and had the bottom of me feet black within 30 minutes

Everything was great. We love how accommodating you are when it comes to our handicapped toddler

The hot tub is not yet fixed . I am excited for the. This is the only complaint I have. My body needs the heat of these hot tubs.

Nice people clean room. Recent amputee. Easy access shower with shower chair. They took care of us. They welcomed my service dog 🐕‍🦺🐕‍🦺 with open arms. Comfy Bed!!!!!!!!

Room service , just noted the complaint but no action on it . Water was blocked so it was very difficult to do the face wash and teeth brushing
