Older property molding around fixtures needs attention. There was a smell when door was opened. The room was clean but i cleaned and deodorized. Outside area looked clean

"Annoying and Disturbing Housekeepers"

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable with clean sheets, and the picture quality on the TV was very good.

I was very dissatisfied with housekeeping, check out time was 11:00a.m. I went to the front desk when I went to get breakfast before 7:30 a.m. to do a later check out at 12:00. Housekeeping were constantly knocking at my room door at approximately 10:18 a.m. It disturbed me terribly and I was sleeping because I had to go to work.They returned again at 10:58 a.m. again knocking once again disturbing me .My alarm was set for me to wake up at 11:15 a.m. This time I opened the door and told them my check out time is at 12:00. Then at approximately 11:01 a.m.the front desk called and disturbed me as well asking about my check out time.I informed the lady that I had been to the front desk and spoke to the gentleman on duty about checking out at 12:00 and he said that would be fine. The lady at the front desk named Lindsey said he didn't make a note of it or say anything about it.I told her he went behind the desk and asked my room number several times and I gave it to him, it appeared to me that he put it in the system. I have stayed at this location several times and I have never been disturbed ahead of my check out time or had as many interruptions while I'm trying to sleep. I felt like they were rushing you out of the room ahead of time which was annoying and disturbing and I didn't appreciate the harassment.
