The front desk gentleman was nice.

Very filthy, I never moved out of the bed if I could help it. Room looked like it ain’t been swept in weeks or wiped down. Good thing I bring my own cleaning supplies.

Location in relationship to the venue where I was attending a wedding, however even though the venue was only half a mile away, they had no shuttle services available.

I booked through a third party, however when you check in there's a sign to the left on the wall with bits of information, one being, present discount coupons or other at check in...they would not honor my AAA 10% discount because they said I booked through the third party online. Breakfast was part of the cost, but only coffee was available. There were empty containers in the shower... however, one container did have a cleaning product for hair and body enough to shower. The room was clean, but had the bare essentials only. Check out was at 11:00 am and housekeeping was knocking by 9:00 am. Early check in was an extra $10.00 an hour,

Location was good. The bed was comfortable.

My room was listed as "King Room - Non-Smoking/RENOVATED." This room needs some serious attention and I doubt that it was renovated at all. The shower area was filthy with lots of mold. Toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall. Shower walls had not been cleaned. Desk chair "leather" was peeling off. I would look at the room before paying.

The breakfast was limited to bread and cereal, apple juice, coffee and water.

No OJ no type of meat on the menu. The weather strip at the bottom of the entrance door has a huge gap large enough allow mice and bugs to enter. The surprise $100 withdrawal after I checked in from my account and the hostage of my $100 for 4-6 days is unacceptable, I have no problem with the normal card hold but for this one reason I will never return to this facility.

The property presents in generally sound condition, with the understanding that water exposure may reveal additional wear. Certain areas would benefit from updating and a more comprehensive cleaning. The staff demonstrated excellent service by accommodating our request for a room change, considering our mobility limitations with the initial room's staircase access. Parking facilities were satisfactory.

A three day reservation. Daily cleaning person came at 0900, we ask if they could come back when we depart at 1000 ? Three days, no trash, no bed making, no towels, my favorite only one roll of toliet paper. We purchasd some at food lion. NO IN ROOM PHONE SERVICE. NO FIRE ALARM. PICTURE AVAILABLE. No channel guide on TV. I have stayed at this facility twice before, in two years. This time was terrible. Outside. Beautiful. Well maintained grass and shrubbery. Front desk check in went well. They had my reservation, first floor room as requested.

The location of the hotel was convenient, the bed was fine, and the front desk staff were polite and helpful — but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The floors clearly hadn’t been mopped, and I found both live and dead roaches during my stay. It was unsettling enough that I ended up sleeping with every light in the room on. Through hotels.com I emailed management about the issue, but never received any response or follow-up. Given the condition of the room and lack of communication, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

Parking great, cleanliness good

Very kind staff and easy check-in. The room was dated but clean. The bed was SO comfortable, and it is at a great location! The only suggestion I have is to have more pack and plays available for children. Other than that, this was a great value! We will be back!
