Days Inn by Wyndham Middletown

Not secure. Large window could not be locked so anyone could have stepped right in while we slept. Run down and not specially clean. Staff were nice enough but owners need to fix things and paint rooms.

Need better cleaners

Very peaceful and quiet.. the pool needs to be taking care off it had a lot of greens in it

This place needs to renovated asap. It's very old and not clean. Breakfast was not included, everything was empty.

Managers were friendly and helpful. Room needed some attention especially the bathroom. Gap under the door to the room was large which meant I could hear everything in the hall.

The staff was very nice but it was not the cleanest. Our bathroom had a cigarette ashes smell. The breakfast was not very good and the juice machine was not working. It was good enough for one night for the price.

The room was clean but the bathtub was so completely rusty all over and dirty that we wouldn’t use it.

The place needs a complete revamp

Stayed at this hotel with a family group, lots of kids. By 9:30 on a Friday night the front staff was threatening to kick us out for “being too loud”. Meanwhile one of our family members had people next to them that were awake and yelling until 4:30-5 in the morning and the front staff suggested we call the cops. All of the rooms smelled like smoke, laminate wood flooring was pulled up and a fall hazard for the kids and our one disabled member. We left in the morning for a new hotel and an experience 10x better.

Room smelled weird. The "breakfast included" was not ready when I needed it to be, coffee machine was broken. Both mornings of our two night stay. The night attendant that (maybe) should have been setting it up looked like she just rolled out of bed. If having breakfast included was part of the reason you were looking at this place, keep looking.
