"Staff was super nice and helpful wasn’t to bad of a stay but probably won’t book again due to broken things listed"

I liked that it was a quiet setting and that the pool water was heated making it so my kids could swim while snowed in

The bathtub didn’t hold water the sink was broken the mini fridge didn’t work the actual room to the pool was freezing aside from water being warm.

Property was great! Clean, friendly and close to food and activities we were attending for the weekend! Complimentary Breakfast options, although limited were great!

Walls were a little thin. Was woken up at 6am by our neighbor who was vomiting and could hear everything. Not a great way to be woken up.

Staff was very friendly, location was safe and convenient.

When we arrived manager did not have our reservation in the system(not sure if that was a hotel or Booking.com issue) He was able get us another reservation without issue and he said he would match the price we got in our email from Booking.com, but the next day we checked our bank and it was withdrawn for $30+ more than original. However when we brought it up to him he was apologetic and quickly refunded the overcharge. Another huge issue is at two different times/different days we didn't have hot water. Our stay wasn't bad, but not probably somewhere we'd stay again.
