Everything was clean and the staff was good.

The Desk staff were pleasant, and took care of any issues at breakfast.

Several items ran out at breakfast. Coffee, waffle mix & OJ. However it was taken care of as soon as I made them aware.

The location was good.

They say pet friendly but the facility doesn’t post that there is a pet fee prior to booking. There are no rules about pets posted anywhere and when asked about the rules the manager had the rules “locked away” in his office and if I waited 15 minutes I could have a copy. I told them I couldn’t wait for 15 minutes then the manager who was upstairs cleaning rooms mysteriously had a copy on his phone and could email them to the front desk immediately after my aunt went and found him. My sister’s sheets were dirty and when she asked for more she was told they didn’t have any clean comforters available.

Worked for what we needed.

The climate control did not work. Not the cleanest, dust, stray hair in the bathroom.

Location was decent

Signs saying no smoking but clearly smelled weed in halls

Bed wasn’t as comfortable as they have been in the past// guest were extremely loud and nobody seem to ask them to be quiet pillows old and my room had an odd smell

Sorry, we didn't eat breakfast. Coffee was good! The location was great for what we had going on for the weekend! Thanks for your hospitality!

It’s looks as this is a personally owned business. Unfortunate that La Quinta would allow someone to purchase their brand and diminish it to its low quality/standards the pool out of order. Nowhere ahead of the stay was I warned that not all amenities would be provided. The room was not up to par. There was mold and water damage in the bathroom. Someone’s hair trimmings were in the towels. There were soiled stained on the box spring of the bed. They initially offered me a different room but then when I decided to not even want another room and just to cancel they suddenly had technical errors with their computer and were unable to offer me a refund at that moment but said they would do it right away. Had no documentation to provide for me when I canceled to ensure I would get a refund. Now I’ve been completely ignored and I’m out 200+ dollars. Will now have to dispute this transaction with my bank. Will not be using Booking.com or La Quinta any time soon.
