The location.

Upon arrival, staff was not very pleasant or welcoming. We were also informed the pool and hot tub were out of order at that time which was one thing we had wished to use and were unable to.

It was very ran down and the pool area was in very bad condition.

We stayed four nights and they never came into the room to clean it even after we asked them to.
