The price is right & I like that there are smoking rooms.

The room really needs some work, new paint & a new bed. It was probably THE most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in.

I was forced to pay a higher rate, and was consistently invited to pay the hotel's rate instead of the booking.com rate!

I was charged a higher rate, and was given several excuses as to why! The hotel had problems with my booking.com rate and my priceline.com rates!
