"Nice stay"

Hotel is under renovation, so parking is limited and floors in the common areas are dirty in places, but our renovated room was quite nice and the staff was wonderful! They offer a full breakfast with lots of choices! Easy on and off the freeway and yet nice and quiet Will stay here again!

"Scared to.fall asleep in fear of bedbugs due to the filthy hotel"

This property was doing remodel and we were not aware of this? The room was not very clean and smelled like mold. The hallway carpet leading to our room along with the carpet in our room were disgusting filthy the hallway way filthy. This place in general is nasty. We have always stayed in Best Westerns but never ever again after this stay. We were there to celebrate a U of A graduation and had no choice but to stay since we were on a time crunch from the min we got there. This place should be embarrassed by the way it looks. I should have gotten a refund for this place but like I said time crunch. Do not stay here!!

my credit card used by booking.com to hold two rooms was charged for the nights stay. The rooms were paid by other means at check in. We were charged double for the rooms.

It was a very nice clean hotel. I did have a problem with the hot water because it was reversed. But once the staff helped me realize that it wasn’t a big deal. I liked how it was kind of tucked behind another hotel. That helped me feel like bike was safer, and the parking lot was well lit. It was close to 1-10 which is nice when just passing through. Also there was a Denny's close by so I was able to walk over and get something to eat. There wasn’t much of a view but I don’t think many Tucson hotels do. So not a big deal. It was a little confusing to me because when you’re first pulling up you see one hotel but two hotel signs. You just keep going on this little alley past the travel lodge and then you get to the hotel.
