Best Western Gold Poppy Inn

I did not like the fact that they allowed a dog at the table at the breakfast while other people eat there. That’s just disgusting.

Location was very convenient for the travels in which we did to the National park, however, there was an issue we had with a person who was staying at the same hotel. Hotel handled it very well, but it was still a very uncomfortable situation.

The one thing I didn’t like was the pavement on the side of the hotel.

Is nice stay and Breakfast,

we stayed 5 nights and could have used fresh towels at least once.

The pool was broken the hot tub was broken . People who pick places for recreation are disappointed when things don’t come together. Although the host did ask if we could use the pool next-door, we went to the hotel next-door and there was no heat there in the water so we came back. I really think there should be compensation a free night a free meal something people. People select hotels based on their amenities. if the amenity is a bathtub and you go there and there is a shower or the amenity is a pool and a hot tub and there is no recreation at all. You feel slighted and you’ve paid for an 8.0 hotel or greater.

Comfy bed and pillows, soap/lotion/shampoo/conditioner dispensers were full, ice water and coffee in the lobby. Good hot breakfast, even a weird yogurt machine but it was tasty.
