No coffee service in room. Forced to lobby early daily for coffee. No hot water beverage option to make tea.

We love the property we’ve been there four times in the past few years, perfect location for close proximity to Kailua town, walk to everything you need in the evenings, it’s really nice there at that location

We did not like having to get keys made every three or four hours because the keys stopped working, they tried to blame it on us saying that we were demagnetizing them somehow, even though we stored them completely alone in bags away from anything electronic, it happened every day a couple times a day and that sucked. Also they had some workers that were staying there, definitely local men about 300 pounds each were having a cannonball/screaming contest in the pool every single afternoon chasing us out of the pool every day of our visit. We told the front desk, she just sort of looked at me and didn’t do anything about it and they continue to disrupt the pool area every day during our visit. They sucked, Management sucked for not doing anything about it.

the staffs are terrible ... they charged me 2 duplicate charge (of total ~$500) and disappeared

It is charming! We loved our room with its little fireplace and sitting area. We felt like we were in the rain forest! Loved the hot tub. It’s a wonderful place to stay.
