PACIFIC 19 Kona

This hotel is clean and safe. Rooms were spacious. We enjoyed snorkeling just behind (right by the ABS Store near by) with local kids. It was very easy access, and there were lot of fish in clear water. The lobby is very unique without entrance doors. There were many nice couches to sit down and relax.

Emplacement pratique depuis l’aéroport et le style est sympa ! Une chambre confortable, un parking et une piscine !

Les fenêtres ne sont pas des vrais fenêtres du coup c’est bruyant.

De enorme bedden en de locatie was geweldig. Lekker een duik nemen in het zwembad en iedere ochtend genieten van verse koffie.

De kakkerlakken in de kamer en de donkere kitranden.

No hay parking suficiente.

Old and worn carpet was stained

Limited parking; had to park in another hotel the Marriott across the street and they still charged for parking $25. Can you believe that. You have to park 100s of meters away and pay the hotel for parking! No coffee in the room also! Staff also very curt and don’t seem to care.

レンタカーをしなかったため、立地の良い場所にしました。レストランやショッピングは徒歩圏内なので、大変便利でした。空港からもUberで20ドルほど。電動ではないレンタサイクルがホテルにありました。朝の無料コーヒーは美味しかったです。部屋は、プール側でした。見晴らしも良く、部屋の広さ、ベッド、トイレバスなど私たちには問題なく快適に過ごせました。 部屋の掃除は毎日ではありません。アメニティはボディソープ、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ドライヤー。廊下でお掃除している方に言ったらすぐに新しいタオルと交換をしてもらえました。

日本のエアコンに比べると音は大きいです。人によってはうるさいと感じるのでしょうか。
