Hotel Auburn Hills

The rooms were terribly filthy. We had to move twice because the pull out beds were broken, housekeeping left garbage everywhere and the rooms were extremely cold with now heat.

The lady who cleaned the room, Faye was very professional and courteous. The front desk lady who checked me in was a little disrespectful.

Childddd if you ain’t listen to the other reviews please listen to this one. They are so unprofessional and not clean at all. The staff is ghetto asf. Me and my girlfriend told one of the staff that there was a roach on the chair and he busted out laughing. Mind you it was dead as, a roach crawling on the chair where we was eating. Don’t even think about getting in the hot tub or pool is disgusting and they let people leave it any kind of way never any clean towels. The only highlight of the day was the breakfast but then again it was ants everywhere. This stay was so terrible that I left a day early. oh and be careful when getting your money back management is almost never end you will get told manager is not gonna be in until three. The manager is never in honestly that’s why the establishment is running the way it is. Have a good day.

I love the continental breakfast that is served, but what I love is how I inadvertently scheduled a stay, but put it for the wrong date, as I was present trying to book a room and inadvertently scheduled the wrong date. When they were contacted by this third party, they cancelled, and returned my money back to the card. That was ADMIRABLE!!!

It was very clean staff was excellent at checking in it wasn’t noisy kids was not running up and down the hall it was overall a great stay only thing the house keeper kelp walking in a tap then letting her self in that was my only complaint

Sofa was stained and could use some updating but overall very nice and would stay again.

Pool was nasty and cold and so was the spa too many in it to relax

The front desk staff was good. No issues there. Housekeeping didn’t visit my room the entire 4 day stay. Any items I needed I had to go down stairs to ask for. The main reason I wanted to come was for the jacuzzi. We went to the pool Sunday at 11am and the jacuzzi was so filthy and dark I could not enter. The pool had many items floating in it and trash was around the pool area. The pool wasn’t cleaned until Monday morning. I was shocked to see how clean it looked the day of check out. The free breakfast was the worst breakfast I’ve ever seen at a hotel. The kitchen staff was in their phones and mingling rather than attending to people trying to get food. The utensils were not clean and plastic wear was only available for one morning. They served eggs with no salt. We were told the salt shaker was broken. The hotel was peaceful it’s just the workers lack of effort did not make the stay a good experience
