Room dirty, burns on drapes, stains on bedding. Stayed on 3rd floor, brought in some leftovers, covered with bugs by the morning. Not well maintained.

The hotel was great for the price. The bed was up to Hilton standards in comfort. The free breakfast was edible but not great. Lots of families staying and the pool was never empty. The bartender was friendly and attentive.

"Great stay better housekeeping. "

The room was perfect the breakfast perfect. Housekeeping not so good!!!!!!! As far as getting trash picking up towels and getting them. I know it’s hard to fine people to to work. This is my only suggestion or slight complaint housekeeping needs to improve. The hotel staff amazing even the kitchen crew amazing.

We loved the atrium in the hotel. It was so open and airy! When we stayed here there was a snow storm outside so being in the atrium was no relaxing. The breakfast buffet had a lot of nice warm options and the coffee was really good. We had a nice dinner at the bar (Shout out to Evelyn and her daughter - great service and fun to chat with). I had a few small issues (I would still stay here again though). When we ordered our dinner, they didn't make us aware that they were out of one of the sides we were supposed to get and there was no substitution offered. It just wasn't there. In our room, a few of the light bulbs were burnt out. It was challenging to heat up the room but to be fair it was very cold outside. The pool area was a mess all the time. My husband is a bit OCD so he couldn't swim until he cleaned up all the garbage and towels that were strewn everywhere. The jacuzzi tub water looked dingy. The jets shoot straight up getting water everywhere. Not sure if that was intentional or not. Overall, we really did enjoy our stay. The glass elevators were also cool as well as the decor was really nice and modern. We would stay here again.
