Hotel Auburn Hills

Great - room was a little hot due to the air conditiing not switch to summer mode - but great overall

The AC didn’t keep up with the humidity in both the common areas and my room. Bar and restaurant is only open 5-11pm. Bathroom was kind of dirty with hair on the ceiling and floor tiles not being attached. Overall not bad but had higher expectations.

Its was Okay. Nothing over the top

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was great. The hotel was very warm and the climate control in my room did not work.

Price was good, but the dirty worn out furniture in the rooms needs to be addressed. Bar closed at 9:00pm, but I was told it was open at least until 10pm. You also need to address the garbage being left outside of the rooms. Someone needs to pick this up in a more timely manner! Thx! Right now I will never come back.

1st problem! Certain rooms don’t have air in it and we had a room that didn’t have air in it, and it was hot and all they can do is advise to open the window and prop the door open. 2nd problem! As we are coming down to eat breakfast, we noticed there was a few people in the pool, but as soon as we got done eating, there was a note put on the pool door, saying it needs to be cleaned and they don’t know when it will be done. And this is Mother’s Day. 3rd problem! As it’s getting closer to checkout, I called and asked for a hour late check out, which would be at 12. At this time the hotel is pretty empty and there is really no one there. Staff tell me they can’t do late checkouts because they are over their limit of late checkout. I feel like being that they had all these inconveniences they couldn’t give us a hour late check out.

A/C did not work in my room, it was 82°. But the receptionist was so apologetic and sweet, she moved me to a different room and even that A/C didn’t work so well. The carpet was stained in both rooms and I had to ask for hot fresh scrambled eggs at breakfast.

Great hotel for the price. Beautiful atrium and pool area but bar closed early during our stay which was disappointing. Overall wonderful experience!

Pool was well heated. However, the hot tub was colder than the pool.
