Quiet area, easy access to major roads

The a/c was loud and didn’t cool good

Front desk clerk was ok but the manager was good.Rooms are dated badly, room service didn’t change pull out bed linen, trash cans still weee holding trash, sink don’t drain, beds were small and uncomfortable, definitely not an Hilton experience

Great check in with Vickie. She gave me all the information on the amenities and gave me a room closest to the exit to accommodate my dog. Our room was nice and spacious, clean with a super comfortable bed. The only reason I rated good not excellent was that the room could use some updating. We enjoyed having a drink at the bar and good conversation with the bartender. We loved the pool and hot tub. Also the breakfast was good and had a lot of choices. We would stay there again.

Wish the kitchen was open for lunch as well!

A/c was out in hotel. First room was already open and stains on couch. Transferred to second room with stains all over couch. Ask receptionist for refund and she agreed and signed our receipt. Still was charged.

This hotel is a scam. I was charged twice for my stay , I showed I paid online through Expedia and still checked in and got charged $255 staff needs training and etiquette. Just a hot ghetto mess. I will never book this hotel again. It’s barely people here so the pipes stay cold. They tell you to run the water for a long time. I can’t believe this is even open. Bugs are everywhere. I wish I never booked.

Decent price. Nice room. Took forever for the water to heat up in the shower. Direction tv but no aps(Netflix etc) to use - no big deal just FYI since most hotels now have them. Staff…. Not so great. Friendly enough! And all smiles. Just not a lot of info given. I had to come back to desk to ask where my room was located.

Barely any guests when we were there, only about five cars in the parking lot each day. Only one set of towels for two of us, bottle of bath soap in tub was empty. We gave a note to front desk for housekeeping to remedy but they did not . Didn’t even make the bed. We had to go to front desk to get more towels and soap. It didn’t appear that the public area floors were swept at all over the time of our stay.

The breakfast in the morning was amazing! And the food at the restaurant and bar were great. I love the size of our room. It just needs to be updated. The kitchen/service staff was superb!
