First rm the shower faucet broke, second rm the bed linen had blood stains on the quilt

Pool area was very dirty. We had to change to 3 different times. AC didn’t work, 2nd room smelled like cigarettes although billed as non smoking.

Hotel lobby/atrium area are very cool, room was spacious and clean. However, the TVs in the room both started with static - no guide, or home menu, we thought they didn’t work. The tv in the bedroom area was very old and the remote wouldn’t work at all. Also, there was no wet bag or anything provided in the room, which is generally a nice touch. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was nice however, the man working it was very overwhelmed. Went down around 8 am and there were no plates or silverware. When asked about them, he yelled and said he’s doing the best he can lol

Booked a suite king bed with twin sofa bed. But the sofa bed can’t be use because it was broken. Shower faucet was broken or leaking. Heavy smell and red stains on carpet. Amenities like shower gel not refilled even lotion. We end up checking out after 4 hours of stay. So stressed staying there.

There was a pee stain on the bed so we switched rooms after night one and the hot tub wasn’t hot nor was it full

Large room, friendly staff, great price. Dusty around all the plants in atrium, half the lights, lamps, and switches in room didn't work. Online pics of pool make it look triple the actual size, so that was disappointing. Overall, good value for an older place.

The room was a 2 bedroom suite. The balcony door was broken, making it unsafe. The door between the two adjoining rooms was broken, and wouldn’t shut. The bathroom mirror was ripped off, and the shower was completely cold. I even called down, and she said it takes up to 30 MINUTES for it to get warm. There was one towel in a 2 bedroom SUITE. The floor was dirty, and the shower was not clean. Not worth the price, would not go back.

Phone in the room didn’t work, lights dim, the room was dirty. No place to sit for the handicap accessible shower, the tv wasn’t working, only one night stand. DONT stay here. The breakfast looked horrible

For the last five months I've choose this hotel lately the last 3 weeks the hitel has been having hot water problems
