The location was right in the middle of everything

Very small room and the beds were not comfortable and the pillows were just little squares

"Was very disappointed"

The beds were comfortable

On inside of room by door, sticker stated, “to latch and lock door for safety “ the screws on latch was coming out of wall. Latched door best I could. The TV did not work, had a used bar of soap in bathtub, tub was not cleaned, fridge did not work. DID NOT FEEL SAFE “ did not sleep well, worried someone would break into room “ was traveling me and 2 kids. Was very disappointed. We had traveled 6 hrs. Stopped to rest at half point of our trip.

The manager was accommodating when we discovered he didn't have the room we reserved. He did manage to get us a different room. Good place for the cost. We could not get the AC to work properly, but someone was there within 5 minutes to resolve the issue. All personnel we came in contact were very professional and courteous.

The floors were not clean. The bed linens were hard to deal with, especially the spread, sliding all over the bed.
