Super 8 by Wyndham Foley

Breakfast was bare minimum. No fresh coffee was made when I showed up at 6:00. No snack machines available on property and no access to ice machines although they had ice buckets in the room. They also came around and sprayed for bugs shortly after check in. The room was missing the microwave and they did bring one within an hour after calling the front desk. The pool was close to our room and it still was open at 1:30 am. I had to go out and ask that they tone it down because they were drinking and smoking and being very loud during sleeping hours. They left the pool shortly after and retired to their room.

We ran the net in the pool to skim off bugs and debris and picked up the cigarette butts and other debris that was left around the pool.

Nothing.

There was a roach in our bathroom. The dial on the air conditioner was broken. It was dirty looking outside. There was dog poop all outside of our room, and down the walkway.

It was disgusting, very unclean, multiple roaches in our room and exposed wire

Friendly staff

Extremely dirty while staff was great the room smelled like mold there was hair on the sheets and in the shower the toilet still had residue in it from a previous person as well as it did not flush. The lock was broken on the door and the other guests staying were not very friendly as they yelled at the staff for minor things and gave them attitude for no reason but that’s an opinionated response

This hotel was the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in. Absolutely disgusting.

Cost

Was paying cash since I booked three rooms, 2 rooms were other family members and I told the clerk and he still charged my card for all 3 rooms, overdrawing my account. 2 of the rooms have black mold on the ceiling, one of them was totally black above the shower. The other room had mold too. Rooms were NOT clean and fridge was not cold.

When we checked in I told the guy at the counter we're paying cash and not to charge my card. He said no he wasn't charging my card but didn't ask for payment (so I thought we'd pay at checkout). Got to our room and my bank notified me about 3 charges making my acct overdrawn. I asked to refund immediately and was told he could not do that. so I had to freeze my acct until we got home, and had no money on vacation. Then our friends room had black mold completely covering his bathroom (and he is highly asmatic). I have already submitted a picture to booking.com). There was another couple staying there that had the same issue with their card being charged. AND, the picture of the pool online was WAY bigger than the pool actually was, and we had kids with us. The breakfast bar was in the office lobby, which is filthy and the cold foods got warm because it is so hot there.
