"This was a terrible experience for my family and dogs."

Not a terrible location

Very misleading on pricing with dogs. A lady told us it was refundable and then after getting home and seeing the money not being refunded I called only to have the man be rude to me about what the other staff member had told me. When checking in we waited while he talked on the phone even after hearing him say he had someone at the desk. He hung up and got on the computer while still not acknowledging us. After several awkward minutes we finally said we needed to check in. Then at check out the lady opened the locked lobby door and said can I help you? I told her we were checking out and she stood there as if we were not supposed to come inside. I was very confused by these people and their social skills. Especially while running a business. We will never stay here again. I ended up paying way too much after all the fees and could’ve gotten a nice hotel allowing dogs, as I have in the past for that!!! Lesson learned

"Just a place to sleep"

The bed was comfortable. Close to the outlet mall. The man was nice at the front desk

Broken chair. Walls were to thin, people upstairs had someone running back and forth in the middle of the night for hours. No breakfast left at 8:30 am. Needed more towels. Didn't see a ice machine

"Clean, great rates, great place to stay"

Very clean. Looks renovated recently. Very nice looking. Clean top to bottom from covers, towels, floor, an everything else. Pool, breakfast. Absolutely bug free. Very nice customer service. Safe and quiet place to stay. Near lots of shopping and food places also. Very good rates

The location.

Used needles in the room, poop on floor in front of toilet, toilet wouldn’t flush. Had to plunge every time we used the restroom.

"It was fair but wished we could of had a hot shower."

The hotel is close to OWA.

The shower had no hot water. You could smell marijuana from the bottom floor.
