"It was just somewhere to get a little sleep on our way through. Wouldn’t go back."

Just a quick stop on the way to the beach so location was good.

Our lock didn’t work with key card and he had a hard time getting in with regular key. Staff wasn’t very helpful. Just told him we were going to bed not to worry about it.

"Not happy with the hotel nor booking.com"

I put arrival time between 8 and 9 and when we arrived the hotel staff had cancelled our room, they said they had called which they had but my phone was in driving mode so I did not get it. They gave us another room which seemed to work out until I received and email from booking which stated we were reported as a no show and would be charged $92. I responded to email stated we were not and booking still charged me the $92. I have a receipt and my credit card statement showing we stayed. I will not be using booking anymore this is not acceptable.
