When we arrived I noticed an abandoned car in the parking lot and a truck rear end in a parking spot too. Since the hotel had decent reviews I just overlooked that and checked in. The clerk was nice but the lobby wasn't very clean. When we opened the room it smelled like smoke but I had some Freebreeze in my vehicle to use. The tub had mold but I said it's only one night it will be alright. But when we went to get in bed there was hairs on the sheet. Obviously the bed had been made up but the sheets not changed. Nasty nasty nasty. I went to the office and asked for a refund but the best he would offer was a different room or half my money back. So I called my credit card company and disputed the charges. We then went next door to the Microtel and got a very nice room. Don't bother with the Key West Inn unless you like a run down dump with nasty sheets.
