Casa Landivar Hotel

We liked the location, the included breakfast was nice, the hot shower was great. Our rooms was spacious enough for a family of 5. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The coffee could use some improvement. It wasn’t hot and the flavour wasn’t very good.

The service is amazing. It's like coming home.

Alex was realy great and helped with everything I need., location was great, big comfortable room.

The internet didn't work at all and no effort was made to get it fixed. The staff were rude and unhelpful--I even had to ask a neighbouring hotel to order me an Uber since the staff at Casa Landivar Hotel didn't want to help us on check out day. Furthermore, they gave us a room with a shared bathroom, even though we had paid for one with a private bathroom. To be fair, they did give me a partial refund, however, it didn't make up for all the stress and discomfort we experienced during our stay there. I will never stay there again.
