facility needs to be painted and cleaned parking lot was filthy

There were bottles on the floor when we got there. Someone had spit in the floor and wall with dip in and it was not cleaned.

The guy who worked the front desk was really kind and polite. Anything we needed it was handled quickly and efficiently. There was no issues from any of the staff or the room itself.

Roaches and the filth. I had to put my belongings back in my car. I would see a roach every other hour or so. They have to have an infestation.

Me and my friend booked a room to stay here for rock the south, we checked in late thursday night/friday morning after the concert. we originally booked to stay until saturday but after the weather turned out to be super rainy we decided to check out friday morning and just go home after friday nights concert. i went down to the lobby after packing up that morning and let them know i was checking out, they informed me i couldnt get my second night refunded even though i literally only spent 9 hours total in this room. so i spent 300$ for one night in a at best 2 star hotel, the room we stayed in was so hot when we got in there in took hours to cool down, the bathroom wasnt all that clean either.

The rooms are always clean and the employees are very respectful !
