"Overall a pleasant stay"

The property was very nice and well located.

The mattresses were apparently rather old as they were uncomfortable. They were also having trouble with their boilers as there was no hot water

"We will not come back to this hotel due to concern with their cleanliness and the smoke odor"

The check in/out process is super quick and the front desk lady is very sweet. Even though the room itself is dated, everything is in working order. There are microwave and fridge in the room but we did not use them. We enjoyed using the lounge chairs by the pool to stay away from the cigarette odor in our room.

We found some sticky stuff on one of the pillow cases so I assume they were reused. It is weird that they only have a bed sheet over the blanket but nothing underneath. That mean all guests are using the same blanket with no cover. The worst part is the strong smell of cigarette odor coming into our room in the evening and morning. I think it came through the vent from another room. Good thing we only stayed for one night prior to our cruise. We had to do the laundry right after because the smoke odor stays on our clothes including the clean ones.

"Shit hole"

Nothing.

It is a shit hole. Rooms were very nasty, not to mention it was like sleeping in a closet because the room was so small. Couldn't even get a 2nd pillow. Pool was nasty dirty. Seemed more like a gathering spot for all the drug dealers. Very loud at night because of other guest not being courteous. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, not even a skunk. So very dissapointed in this hotel. Pictures are very deceiving. Lights in the room flickered when on. Good thing I dont ha e epilepsy. Gaps under the door big enough a snake could come under. And that's just a start. If your looking to get drugs then this is your spot.
