Kind assistance, always came when asked, they are all very nice people

Nothing, I don't complain about a place that provides a pillow, trust me I have been around the world about 7 times, where I've slept is almost unmentionable - thank you

"Great Value for a pleasant stay"

The location was great as it was close to USF, Busch Gardens, and the restaurants and stores that are geared to serve the people at those locations. Janette at the front desk was a pleasure to see and talk to and extremely helpful!

The bathroom of the room needed updating. The room's a/c was not cold. The pool itself had not been properly cleaned - it was very cloudy and clearly in need of being shocked and properly treated.
