Great place to stay before an early morning flight out of brum. Staff we encountered were friendly and efficient. Room comfy and clean. Hotel was the quietest I've know if during any previous stays, which made the bar less welcoming. W managed to get it for £120 which was excellent value for money, though looking at doing the same again in September and the same room is £200 so will probably shop around .

Quick and easy check in, excellent location for the airport. Clean comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. Chilled filtered water freely available, nice touch.

Tables in the restaurant were a bit sticky.

Booked as a park and stay package with Holiday Extras. Stayed on return from holiday and checked in at gone midnight. Given a room on floor 5, Executive floor, and WOW totally blown away by the room! Both tired from travelling and was bowled over by the room - coffee machine, robes, slippers, amazing shower with great toiletries and a huge bed! So close to the airport but didn’t hear a thing! Great soundproofing! Slept well! Decided to stay for breakfast to experience the hotel and that was amazing. So much choice of hot and cold food and could ask for fresh omelette. Would have been cheaper to pre order but we weren’t aware. Will definitely stay again! 10/10
