We had a lovely evening in the Bar, where the food was excellent and the service was first class. Andre was so attentive and friendly and is from Portugal where we are heading off to.

"Great room, food and staff plus departure check-in is opposite the hotel."

My wife and I stayed on a Sunday evening at the Novotel @ Birmingham Airport as we had an early morning departure the next day. As I mistakenly drove into NCP car park and then premium parking, as opposed to the valet parking, it was a stressful check in for me. However, the friendly receptionist responded to my situation by upgrading us to an executive room - great customer service. The room was bright, airy and comfortable with a large king-size double bed. There was a large TV and the free wi-fi was fast. As we had an early flight, we did not have breakfast but we did have an evening meal in the restaurant after having a drink in the popular bar. We opted for chicken curry of the week 拢21.50) and chicken supreme (拢21.95) for mains - both were tasty with plenty of meat. For dessert we shared a Creme br没l茅e (拢8.95) - which was delicious. We would recommend the Novotel if you are looking for somewhere to stay at the airport.

"filthy breakfast"

For 4 stara I expext a breakfast that is reasonable but it was li.ited. There were dirty cups, sticky table, dirty plates with crusts still sticking to it. My hunger was over. For the rest rooms were ok, lounges and bar were all ok and the reception as well.

No fridge dangerous to get in shower No help with luggage to rooms Not that friendly on reception Stains on sofa No plugs next to bed only for usb ports which most before don鈥檛 have that time of charging option Looks as if modernized but just a face lift old doors painted bathroom terrible no sink In toilet . Towels very worn. No robes would expect for the price we paid to have . All tea etc organic not everyone like organic tea Positive note rituals shampoo etc A leaflet with what Tod so and visit.
