Had dinner at Nobu, and the food and service were excellent. During dinner, we heard music coming from the lobby, so afterward we went to sit and listen. Arturo Romay was amazing—he made my daughter feel truly special.

The best and only way to describe Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa is PERFECTION! The entire staff were amazing. Always a smile and asking if we needed anything. The choice of an Adult and family pool is fantastic. Every night in the lobby we enjoyed listening to the brilliant guitarist Arturo Romay. This is someone I would pay to see perform in NYC. We were blessed every night with his music. And than dining in the Polpo restaurant we enjoyed the amazing talent of pianist and singer George Bugatti! He made it a memorable experience for my wife. The rooms were beautiful. The food and drinks were top notch. We had driving service with the very friendly Colby who drove is around in a beautiful Tesla Cyber Truck! It was absolute paradise. Cannot wait to return.

World class. Shake the prices have gone up since new ownership and it does feel a little too try hard since the new ownership so we’ve regrettably (without success) tried other places nearby for our monthly stays at OB. We kiss Hunter out front and the breakfast team who made us feel so special. Staying elsewhere does however highlight how much better this place is than some of the competition.

The spa and beach was super

As much as I want to give the spa a 5 star review. It is disappointing to spend over $2k for spa treatment and at the bar, also have a dinner reservation for what would be a few hundred dollars to be told we cannot use the pool after I entered. This was insulting. We canceled our dinner and will go to a resort that will happily let us enjoy the pool while buying drinks during the summer when it is very quiet. This will certainly not be the best resort of the world.

EAU is our favorite staycation. The spa is incredible. The suites are stunning and they provide you with their special honey that is to die for. The packages at the spa are perfection. The massages, facials, everything. The amenities.. outstanding. We come here often for the spa itself because of the service, amenities, everything. The resort, is beautiful. Very dog friendly which we love. The beach is lovely. They have Nobu and another resturant next door both are great. Always 10/10 service.
