Eau Resort & Spa

HORRIFYING PLACE, NOT 5 , 4 or 3 STAR, DO NOT STAY HERE.This hotel is filthy. Absolutely terrible customer service. My children contracted a skin infection in the pool/hot tub. Management (CHRIS) is rude and condescending and told me to "readjust my expectations."

We were at the Eau Saturday night. We thought we’d have dessert and drinks in the lobby, but the music was too loud. We then discovered the bar lounge, which was more enjoyable. Great elegant vibe!! The singer was so talented. We talked with him a little and found out that he sang with Tony Bennett!. His voice sounded like him, very cool and jazzy. We'll be back.

Beautiful, well maintained resort with an excellent staff! Great place to getaway. Highly recommend sitting pool-side, overlooking the ocean. If you’re lucky, Arturo Romay will be playing guitar… his music really makes the experience!

Fantastic staff, gorgeous location. Company event was very well organized. Hotel entertainment was out of this world. Arturo Romay was a featured guitarist in the lobby and was outstanding. His mastery of his instrument was impressive to watch and listen to.

Plush pool chairs and pool towels. A Nespresso machine in room and complimentary Fiji water. Proximity to a supermarket/restaurants. Friendly staffs. Kids 5 and under eat free.

The area of Manalapan is a bit away from the central Palm Beach area.

A lovely resort with exceptional service and staff. Especially enjoyed Nobu's which is conveniently located at the resort. Carlos did a great job serving us and making our experience memorable. Thursday evening had live music in the lobby by Arturo Romay. What a highlight! Beautiful ambiance and excellent music! Overall, highly recommend this resort if you are looking for a place in Palm Beach as a family , business, or pleasure.

Staff very friendly room and beds were to small for 2 adults and 2 teen boys sat by the pool for one full day not one staff member asked if i would like anything beach very dirty with seaweed other guests walking dogs peeing on beach not as enjoyable as previous two times we've stayed there

Service and staff were a 10/10. Rooms were mediocre, especially for the price. Uncomfortable bed and pillows, very small/slippery shower with no exhaust or ac. Terrible water pressure in the shower. The ocean was so rocky that it was unusable our entire stay even though it was a major factor in choosing this location. We feel it was not advertised accurately. Overall, it was good not great.
