Great Location in the mountains surrounded by tea farms. Close to multiple trails. Great sunset. Friendly and helpfull staff. They pic you up at the bus stop for a small fee. They provide water, public kitchen and sell instant noodles.

Comfortable stay with a very big bed

The hotel is located at the top of a hill. This is great for sunset views but if you don’t have a car, be prepared for a steep walk to/from the bus stop and to get food. It took us about 30mins to walk up or down the hill. They do have parking though so would be really easy if you have your own vehicle.

Location

For rating 8 and price (2 times expensive than in the city) we expected high quality. We took decision to stay because wanted to have experience with homestay. But owner had interest to business only.

Great view over the mountains. Some trails start 4 minute walk from the place.

There is no steady stream of hot water. Goes from freezing cold to boiling hot and then back again. Couldn't take a shower. Poor room isolation. There was nobody at the property when we arrived, lucky we had sim cards to call the owner.

Location was great because you don't need a car to walk to the different trails that were within 2 to 10 minutes walking distance - Misty Trail, Tea Trail, Sunset Trail, Sakura Trail etc . The owner is very warm hearted and generous. I enjoyed our conversations, and she also taught me quite a bit about tea.

Nothing as everything was as described including other guests' info.

Beds were not very comfortable

Didn't like the bathroom, which has a drop of more than 30cm or a foot ! This is very dangerous, especially when the floor is wet after shower. Anyone can slip and fall! Secondly, the shower is positioned right next to the door and the toilet bowl is inside after passing through shower area. This is a design failure. Thirdly, the 2 tables provided in the room are knee height, which made it difficult very difficult to work on it.

Great place to stay. The staff is very helpful and the view from their farm superb.
