L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent (proximité des métros, des sites touristiques, de bons restaurants, de supermarchés). Le personnel est très sympathique (merci pour l'accueil en français !🙂). La chambre est au calme et la literie excellente. Pour sûr, si je reviens à Madrid, je retourne dans cet hôtel.

La ubicacion es fantastica, el personal super amable y disponible, el desayuno buffet muy bueno y esplendido, y el café qué le digo, estamos en Madrid !

El sistema de ducha en el baño ! No se entiende nada y no hay un tapiz ante derapante para no caer. Casi me mato ahi a dentro. Las escaleras de la entrada, hay un monto carga que deberian de cambiar por elevevador porque para menis valido el acceso si es medio complicado.
