La habitación, muy funcional.

Sin duda, el trato con la recepción. Tuvimos un problema por enfermedad y hubo que cambiar el nombre de la persona que se alojó. Se habló con dos personas de recepción, tanto yo misma como mi hijo. Nos pusieron muchos problemas y el trato no fue correcto, ni sentimos que fuesemos nosotros el cliente. Tras varias llamadas e insistirnos en que nos hacían un tremendo favor, tuve que llamar yo a Booking para que me lo solucionaran y fue inmediato. Era algo muy básico lo que pedíamos y nos hicieron sentir fatal en todo momento. A mi hijo le agotaron la paciencia. Nos hablaban de que su cadena Accord les iba a despedir incluso, por cambiar el nombre del cliente, No volveremos a coger un Ibis en mucho tiempo.
