"Rooms need updating."

Rooms needed updating. Furniture was water damaged room smelled like mildew bathtub and shower cracks in walls. Beds uncomfortable metal sticking out sides of beds. There for a softball tournament.

"Nice hotel where I've stayed before--this was the first time I've experienced any issues."

Hi, I would have given 5 stars instead of 4 because I really like this hotel, but when I got to my room I noticed that the cold faucet handle in the bathroom was completely broken off and laying there. So you couldn't turn on the cold water. Just strange that they left it like that and let someone check into the room. I had to rush out so didn't have time to deal with it, but wanted you to know. Also, I was left with a tiny amount of toilet paper on the roll, and no extra roll was left in there, so I made it work but came very close to running out.

"Mold urine dust"

Whoever cleaned the room you could tell was in a hurry. Whoever inspected the room didn't really inspect it. Stop pressing the toilet paper against the faucet that is very unsanitary. The toilet paper holder disgusting. The baseboards in the bathroom even worse. Stains on the sheets the room smelled like mold. There was dust on the headboards the picture frames. They got some nerve charging people $100 incidental fee. I didn't want to write a review because I was afraid I wasn't going to get my money back, and I was correct I received a refund last night for one cent. Thankfully I have pictures and I hope they do too. Because I would like to know why I only received one cent of my hundred dollars.
