Holiday Inn Melbourne-Viera Conference Ctr by IHG

Rollin shower bathroom needs some work to fix draining issues. Water leaks all over bathroom and out in the room. The carpet is sour from the shower. Front desk and restaurant staff are friendly and helpful. Lobby and public areas are updated nicely.

The staff were very polite (Rachel) and the hotel very clean. Our room smelled a little stuffy, but overall, it was a good stay.

Our flight was delayed, so we only had the opportunity to stay a few hours as we were leaving for a cruise. It was convenient and clean. Worth the price.

I have to say that my experience at this specific IHG Hotel was absolutely amazing from the cleanliness of the room to the beautifully decorated and inviting hotel lobby area with bar, and the most kind and welcoming service from rhe first of check in, Rachel and Cyrus were always pleasant and assisted and went over and above to solve my reservations issues even while they were checking in many guests. Thank you so much!!! You guys are the BEST!!

the front desk was very responsive and I appreciated all of them. The dinning room needed extra workers. There was only one girl and she couldn't keep up with the number of people for breakfast.

This had everything I needed, it was quiet, overall it was clean but old in many places, like the carpeting in my room was dirty and you could tell it hasn’t been cleaned in forever. It did have lots of hot water, the bed was comfortable, the area was safe for me being a female solo traveler. The Front Desk staff is also very nice and accommodating. As others say, the hotel doesn’t match the pictures, this is one step above a Motel 6. Would I stay here again, probably not, but for one night it met my needs.

The staff was friendly and accommodating of our early check in.The rooms were clean, and checkout was very easy process through the app.

Another great stay at Holiday Inn Melbourne - Viera Conference Center. We (myself and family) have stayed at this particular Holiday Inn property several times over the past several years...visiting our Mom at local assisted living facility (convenient location). We can alway count on courteous service, cleanliness, great restaurant. Look forward to visiting many times in the future.
