For the most part the room was clean and the Linens were fresh. When I called down to the front desk to get a bath mat that was missing and to get fresh batteries for the TV remote, the response was very prompt.

Did not like having to check in through a kiosk. there was no manager on duty/present. All communication was through the kiosk. the breakfast attendant was fine on Saturday but on Sunday she complained constantly about guests being lazy and something "sticky, I can'tstand it." The hotel was run down. I didn't want to touch the front door to enter the lobby because it was so dirty. the Outlets were so old they would not hold a plug. Large gap in the door.
