"An absolute mess and stressful situation."

Didn’t get to stay because they over booked and cancelled my reservation without me knowing until I arrived with no other plans for my stay.

The staff was very rude and told me it wasn’t his problem because it was booked from a third party vendor. I had reservations for weeks and wasn’t notified until I arrived because the hotel overbooked.

Breakfast! We needed to eat right at 7 am and food was just being brought out at that time. Waffle machines weren’t ready and neither was the batter. A little more efficiency would have been appreciated.

Good location

Walls are thin could hear everything. Quite time was after 10 pm but they lets a big group out in the lobby till after 12am being very loud and their kids running up and down hallways.
