Very convenient trip from Wayne. Beautiful hotel with very nice conference rooms. Excellent service. Mitchell welcomed me in a very professional and friendly manner by opening the door for me. The hallways, dining spaces and other common areas were very clean. The general noise level in the hotel was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying over night, attending a conference or dining at the restaurant.

"Beware of fees"

We were here for a wedding and received a $500 smoking free upon check out. We do not smoke nor vape. We thought this was a mistake and called the front desk after checking out but they were not budging on the fee. It’s been resolved, but extremely frustrating and poor customer service that left us feeling untrustworthy towards Westin/Marriott now.

"$500 smoking fee added to bill !!!"

We came to the Westin for a family wedding. Room was decent. After checkout, I reviewed our bill and they added a $500 smoking fee !! We 100% do not smoke. We have tried everything to get this charge removed. They won’t remove it. We will never be staying here again. Horrible customer service. So disappointed.

This was a surprise retirement party for my wife. The entire process working with David and his staff was excellent. "Wonderful recent stay/experience for Wedding celebrations in Morristown!"

Our visit and stay in Morristown with the Westin - Governor Morris was wonderful! The hotel was clean, comfortable, fashionable and updated decor. The staff was welcoming and very helpful every step of the way. We had a terrific breakfast brunch in the Blue Morel restaurant, food, coffee, and service all delightful. We booked rooms using a room bloc with the hotel for a family wedding and the con-ordinator and manager for this experience, Christina, was exceptional, always responsive and supportive of our needs and best interests for our group. We all had a fabulous visit and she really helped pull it all come together so seamlessly and with a smile and best recommendations from her experiences, along the way. Thank you!
