Loved the Deco and cleanliness. Enjoyed the restaurant.

Bed was full size, however I paid for queen size. Ice machines was out of order - very hot weather so this was an inconvenience.

"Finally! A hotel that knows how women do makeup"

I was so happy to see decent mirrors and lighting at this hotel. Normally at Hiltons I struggle to do hair and makeup properly so this was a welcome treat. Mitchell at the door was the sweetest and he always made sure to take care of my in laws during my entire stay.

We had our daughter's wedding guests stay at the Westin Governor morris. The service was top notch, rooms were clean & spacious. This was our second time having our wedding guests stay at the Westin and would do it again.

"Old, mold and poor customer service"

The Westin Morristown was an extremely disappointing stay. The property is outdated, with a strong, persistent moldy odor throughout the halls and rooms. On top of that, a faulty sensor falsely accused me of smoking in my room—something I have never done. I even had proof I wasn’t there at the time, with a time-stamped receipt showing I was elsewhere in the hotel. I emailed the Director of Rooms to explain the false accusation, expecting professionalism and a resolution, but received no response at all. Completely unacceptable service. Stay elsewhere

Thru is a nice hotel, clean, welcoming. I had never been to the area before and location was close to my customer location but also close to the spots we wanted to be close to at night. And Mitchell was awesome welcoming me to the hotel!! And very helpful!
