Great location! Friendly staff

The mattress was bad

My friend and I started going to this resort in 2015 for our spa getaway and the quality as far as the spa treatments have drastically changed. We generally buy the spa relaxing package and we always have an issue at check-out because the spa does not communicate with the main system and we're always overcharged (no different this time). I get facials 2-3 times a year and massages minimally 6 times a year. The massages were ok and acceptable. However, the facial was terrible. Normally, I'm glowing after a facial but this time, my face had old dried product left on me and I had a white undertone so I had to wash my face literally after getting a facial. I brought it up to the front desk as well as the spa, but I feel like it was unresolved. I was not offered another facial even at a discounted rate, very disappointing. Unfortunately, this was our last year at the Omni Tuscon resort for our annual spa trip.

The property was beautiful, the pool was clean and sparkling. The coffee shop was perfect and the plain coffee was really good since I don't use in-room coffee machines. The staff was helpful and quick to respond to special requests. All the firepits and seating areas throughout the property were really cozy.

A path from the pool to the parking area above would have been really nice even if it was only stairs. Going inside and upstairs and then back out to the parking lot was a little silly and could be avoided with a set of stairs or a path.

Everything was superb. The resort was elegant, tasteful, upscale, and offered all the amenities that I look for when choosing a place to stay. The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. The grouds were really beautiful.

Loved my stay - if you want amazing service and lovely views, options for food and great amenities it is for you. It is not a Mountain/rugged experience. It is more elevated.

We had a splendid time here. Myken really went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and we had a relaxing getaway. The flowers and chocolate covered strawberries were *chef's kiss*. Andres at the Peak was amazing, too! We stopped into the spa as well and that was equally awesome. We would definitely stay again next time we are in Tucson.

Location, low number of people, staff, walking paths

Room was dated. No Freezer.

Tje staff was the most friendly and accommodating I have ever encountered. The room was clean and spaciouse. The price was incredible.

The coffee was marginal.
