Didn't have 2 key cards, bathroom didn't work , no continental breakfast as advertised... rugs felt wet! ( we were on first floor) down from pool... had to park way in back at night time.. which was not a problem.. but our 1 and only key card couldn't use to get in back door!!!!! So we had to walk ALL around building back to front dooor!!!!!!! Not happy with our Stay!!!!

Understaffed. Arrived at 11p.m. and the room was not ready. Breakfast was supposed to be included but they had shut it down because of renovation and I was not informed as a guest.

Staff was a bit “unfriendly” but likely due to being frazzled from the recent storm that went through. We were told there was only one staff and 2 housekeepers.
