Very comfortable

Poorly maintained hotel. No water pressure, and dirty rooms. Bathroom has dirty floors and hair in the shower. TV could not even keep a channel clear, kept having issues. Breakfast was terrible, we ate out the second day. Staff was abrupt and not very friendly. Overall a poor experience. I won’t stay there again.

Indifferent staff was too busy with a personal call to greet us upon arrival. Asked for our Diamond member water and snacks, was told they’re out, but could easily see otherwise. Far worse, wall hvac unit was unsealed to outside air which was below zero on the two nights we were there. So we ran the unit on full blast high heat and had to use several towels etc to serve as temporary seals. I kept pics of this just in case. Noise from unit was disruptive to sleep. Carpet was spotted and had gum on it, was gross. Parking lot poorly plowed from recent snow creating parking issues and dangerous walking conditions.

We received a room with no blinds and a flimsy half curtain, and were told there were no other connecting rooms available (we have small kids). The curtain is where the closet is, so not only was it hard to sleep in, but we also had to watch where we were walking for privacy concerns. A maintenance person never came despite our request for a repair. Some "clean" towels also had blood stains or gray dirty stains on them. The room smelled musty as well. Not an enjoyable stay.

We needed an overnight stay prior to a medical visit in Farmington, and needed a larger room with walk in shower for someone in a wheelchair. The Manager was awesome! Welcoming, and a portable shower stool was delivered to our bathroom before we even got to the room. Nice sized room with plenty of outlets, and tasty breakfast. We will be back, and recommended it to the clinic were we had our appointment for their future patients.

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at anywhere. The room even had a dishwasher! 5 stars!

The rooms was clean and the staff greeted me with respect and professionalism. My stay was short, but I was satisfied with the accommodations. I have stayed at this hotel before, and have recommended it to business clients, family, and friends.

Elevator was out of order for half of our stay. Hotel presumably couldn’t get it fixed right away because it was a holiday weekend.

Facilities were a bit shabby. Our room had garbage and stained carpets. Toilet seat that was broken. Staff were friendly, but not super communicative. The elevator broke. We where on the 5th floor. The staff didn’t tell us until that night that the elevator was only broken on the first floor call button. One could just go up to 2nd floor and get on. I suggested they write that on the out of order sign. She acknowledged and yet the next morning nothing was written. Breakfast was pretty mediocre. Seems to diminish the Hilton brand.

Great staff. Very friendly and approachable. Mikhail addressed all my needs. I had no complaints. Room was very clean and felt homey. The stay was well worth it. I will stay here again when in town for business.
