Hotel Jacaranda

STAY far away from this hotel! This hotel was dark, dirty and smelled like dust and mold. I saw a bug in my room within five minutes of arriving. NEVER AGAIN!

Une première chambre correcte mais en panne électricité. La suivante veillissante . La propreté est au minimum. Pas de shampoing pour la douche et la télé est inutilisable. Le personnel est adorable et le restaurant est correct. Bien pour le boulot. Ne pas conseiller pour vacances.

Room and bathroom very dirty, shower plugged, noisy, poor restaurant, breakfast absolutely bad! Nice people, doing their best to maintain this poor place alive. The only good place is the pool bar at the 1st floor, good food and football games on screens. WiFi almost inexistent, except if you move on the corridor in front of the lift! Really the worst hotel I have been on the last 20 years.

I been in different places over all the world this the worste place where you can be specially the bouncers in the club the tall guy with the glasses and the guy with the red hat i cant believe it they cant talk the only think they can do punching and talking bad what the hell i dont know how that came they hire like those people

When my handicapped mother and I arrived in the room, although it was January 23 the windows were wild open. This is without saying that called the hotel to expressly ask for the heat and Wifi so I could work. I was tired and was hoping to take a shower but was surprised to find only one old bath towel and no bath mat, no glass and tiny 2 little bottles of shampoo. The reservation was for 2 adultes. The phone was not working and there was not TV remote. I was disappointed and wanted to cancel but was told that it was impossible. Lucky that I had only one night to stay there. The reception desk young lady not very smiley moved us to the room next door and called the room service to provide us with 2 mores bath towels. When the cleaning lady came, I asked for a bath mat but was told they don't have any and decide to give me a little something to use (see picture) I decide to put the TV on for mom, but there was no remote control. Offcourse the phone in the room was out of service, I decided to go downstairs to inform the front desk. I was told they don't have any and because I was shocked, they decided that they would give me the one they had in the employees backroom. The remote was missing the cover (picture). I put the TV on, and only one channel available and it was in English (My mother who doesn't speak English -remember this is Morocco and the language is arabic and French). Finally I set myself to start working and realized the internet connect was not working. Off course I went back to the reception desk and was told they would talk to the technicien to reboot the system. In fact the Wifi only works in the lobby and the 1st floor ( I was in the 4th floor). Lucky that we changed the room because the initial one, was right above the very busy bar and all the cigarettes smokes get to the room. The hotel is very old. The curtains are damaged and duty. The linens are old and used. Breakfast was very poor and bakery horrible. The staff though was very nice and helpful. Very expensive place for the service provided.

Ho soggiornato 3 giorni per ragioni lavorative. Camera rumorosa, poiché vista strada e con vetrate che non isolavano per nulla dal rumore esterno. Colazione appena sufficiente (caffè, tè, spremute, dolci e poco altro). Pulizia nella media. Buono il ristorante interno anche se costoso rispetto alla media. Consigliato per poche notti, vista la posizione centrale. Manca il frigo bar, quindi in caso di sete notturna è necessario prepararsi portandosi acqua dal bar o dall'esterno

Situation et parking gratuit. Par contre la déco et meubles sont dépassé.
