Very expensive, especially a daily car parking rate was too much, given most of the parking lot was empty. This was asking money on top of the already expensive room. Had to walk so far away to the room from the car to the lobby to the room.
The A/C didn't work in the room. The temp stayed at about 80-85 degrees all night. When i told the front desk, she acted like I was bothering her and didn't care. The lights in the room randomly turned on by themselves all night. There were kids running through the lower level halls yelling and talking loud with no supervision. Beautiful property, to bad we had so many issues.
USI stayed at this hotel while attending a conference, as it was recommended by the company — and overall, it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is clean, well-organized, and in a perfect location — right across the street from the conference venue, which made things incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport was a huge plus. That said, it would have been even better if the hotel offered complimentary breakfast. Also, the elevator could use some updates — it felt a bit slow and not very efficient. Still, I had a positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for business travelers or conference attendees.

The hotel is comfortably furnished with a modern feel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
The only complaint is hotel has a musty smell otherwise very nice hotel wonderful staff
At first glance the room was beautiful and comfortable. As soon as I arrived, the toilet would not flush. I couldn't get anyone at the front desk to answer the phone. After a few hours it was fixed. However, the next day, it wouldn't flush again. Also, the heat was not working. The fan worked, but no hot air. I spend the night in the my sweater coat under the covers. Thirdly, there are small coolers in the room that look like mini fridges. It's not a fridge, it's a cooler with no ice. Literlly, a spot to put your food and drinks to get warm. A complete waste of space. I asked at the front desk my first day about getting a fridge, of course no response after she said she would look into it. Overall, beatiful space but zero service.
