This comment is about Hotels.com not the hotel. I reserved this location to pay on site. My card was charged a few days of the reservation. Second, upon arrival my reservation showed unpaid although the said it was. She had to call her manager to enter a code. There was a comment made that our reservation was another Expedia issue. I have used hotels.com for a number of years and this is the first concerning experience. I am hoping with this comment and I am sure with others, that hotels.com will look into this and improve its quality of service.
USI went to check in and they said there was no more rooms available along with 6 other guests trying to check in with me. They sent us all out and said they will give out money back and pay for our stay in a different hotel. It’s been one month and they have not even gave my money back let alone pay for my stay in a different hotel. The people at the desk were just horrible. Lazy did not know what to do and kept telling us to leave.

It was a very nice hotel and I like alot of the amenities they have to offer. They have a Starbucks lol

Check in was simple. Requested certain type of room and was accommodated. Housekeeping did an excellent job in keeping towels replenished and room tidy. Pool was nice and big with lots of sitting room.
