The staff were very friendly and polite. They were very helpful when asked about directions and different locations that we wished to go.

Didn’t like that on our first night, the morning after housekeeping was trying to open the door but we had the latch on so they then proceeded to knock on our door before 7a.m. I did not request a wake up call.

Honestly love this hotel. I cannot say enough about how amazing it always is to stay here. I regularly use this hotel for Shore Leave, the Penn Ren Faire, and other events in the Lancaster area. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is amazingly helpful. The attached restaurant is a great place to eat and have quiet meetings, or enjoy the social setting at the bar.

I was pleasantly surprised. I knew it was an older hotel however it was very clean and up to date. It was full, but also quiet. The attached restaurant was very nice. Housekeeping actually came in everyday to make beds/tidy up and change towels, which was nice as most hotels no longer offer this service. I would definitely stay again.
